Digital signature guidelines . . .
2 When you reach the bottom of the form you can insert a digital signature by creating one, or inserting one you have on file.
3 To create a digital signature click in the signature box area. A window will pop up like this . . .

4 If you don't have a digital signature on file, choose the second option marked by the blue arrow. Click 'Next' and a second window will open . . .

5 Of the two options, the first requires a password, easy to set up, or just opt for 'Windows Certificate Store'. Click 'Next' and you'll then see . . .

6 You're almost done. All that's needed is your name and email address in the boxes marked by the blue arrows. We suggest you leave the other settings as they are unless you're familiar with the advanced processes.
7 Click 'Finish' and your digital signature will be inserted into the form. Repeat for a second person, but choose 'create new ID' when prompted.
Guidance for sending your enrollment form via email
8 Once you have completed the form scroll back to the top of the form and click 'Send', or use the 'Save' option, and send the file as an attachment.
A box will appear asking if you use a 'desktop' email program such Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora or Thunderbird etcetera, or use online-based email program such as Hotmail, GMail and YMail. Choose the relevant option and click 'OK'.
Troubleshooting . . . If your desktop email client is not configured as the default email sending program, or if your security settings prevent the direct emailing of the enrollment form, use the 'Save' option, and send the file as an attachment. The end result is the same.
Another option is to try another browser.
I suggest you save a copy of the form to your computer anyway.
9 Your email will now be ready to send, and you can add a personal message, or ask a question if you wish.
Are you traveling with us internationally? . . .
If you intend traveling internationally with Travel Images, do make sure that your passport is up to date. Some countries also insist that a passport not expire right after a trip either, so do make sure that yours has at least a 3 month cushion after the trip ends.
Some countries require a visa too, so go to these passport and visa sites to find the information relevant to the country you intend visiting with Travel Images. Type 'GUEST' at the bottom of each brief submission form.
United States passport holders can do a quick check of visa requirements here.
