At right, with coastline comes lighthouses, and Nova Scotia has plenty. This one sits on an inlet just off Baddeck on Cape Breton island.
As a maritime province of Canada, fishing is a major industry. Consequently, rustic fishing related buildings dot the coastline and are an excellent source of subjects.

The 'face of Nova Scotia' perhaps? Could be, though he's not from there originally! A reflector was used to lighten the shaded side of the gentleman's face.
